PCO Topography operates pcotopography.co.uk and is responsible for deciding how personal information collected through the service is used.

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

- Authentication information: password hash, session identifiers and login/security information.
- Purchase information: payment status, product purchased, dates, amounts and references returned by our payment provider.
- Practice information: routes attempted, scores, timestamps, route selections and progress/history data.
- Technical information: IP address or a hashed representation, browser/session identifiers, server logs and security events.
- Support information: information you include when contacting us.
We do not need your full payment-card number to operate your PCO Topography account. Card entry and payment processing are handled by Stripe.

We use cookies or similar browser storage that are necessary for functions such as account login, security, session handling and remembering free-practice status.
If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising or similar technologies that require consent, we will provide an appropriate consent choice before using them where required.
5. Who we share information with
We may share limited personal information with service providers where necessary, including:
- Stripe for payment processing and payment-related fraud prevention;
- hosting, infrastructure and email providers needed to operate the website;
- professional advisers where reasonably necessary;
- regulators, courts, law enforcement or other authorities where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.
6. International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we expect the relevant provider or transfer arrangement to use an appropriate legal mechanism.

Account and practice information may be retained while your account remains in use and for a reasonable period afterwards. PCO Topography is intended for people using the service in connection with private hire topographical training. We do not knowingly design the service to collect information from young children.
